Beautiful, moody photography by Greg Ponthus

Greg Ponthus is a French photographer originally form Lyon who is now based in Brussels, Belgium. His contemporary style plays with lighting and color contrast to divide the pieces and create beautiful focal points. When photographing his human subjects he focuses on the delicate issue of creating a mood that permeates through the image and into the viewer’s skull. He must decided which mood best fits each model and how to go about creating it with what is available in the surroundings. Look at the images below and decide for yourself what mood is created by each photograph!
