Artist and photographer Blaise Cepis grew up in Philadelphia before moving to New York to attend Parsons. He worked for over ten years as a creative director for different advertising campaigns for brands. He then changed directions in his life and began to do his personal work full-time. Cepis captures and sometimes manipulates photos that tend to cause a double-take, inviting the viewer to re-imagine what it is that they are beholding. Closer inspection sometimes reveals the photo to be a combination of more than one, and sometimes proves to be an intricately set up scene. He demonstrates an immaculate use of line, color, and movement to create focal points and attention. See a collection of his work below!
